These fun teal & gold princess pom pom party wands are a great addition to a birthday party favor bag, or table decoration! Wands are made with a 12 in dowel, wrapped in ribbon, with ribbon streamers topped with a tulle pom pom that is made with a little over 10 yards of tulle measuring 4" across.
